can any one throw some light on how long it will
take for the green card processing to finish
in california????
my labour certification is over.
and already filed fo rthe next stage
and there is two more yrs left on the H1

Time depends on category.

You might be aware of the new rule, one year year after applying for laour certification, you can stay in us until you get visa or visa is rejected. If the rule is not exactly how I wrote it is similar. So no need to worry that you have only two years.
