Last Name Problem

Hi All!!
I hv to file GC (through my employer) and my last name is missing on Passport and Visa.My name is Anil Kumar Verma.On passport and visa only my first name and middle name is mentioned, ie. 'Anil Kumar'.Same is on my US driving licence.But on all my educational certificates (including Matric)my name is mentioned as 'Anil Kumar Verma'.Do you think that it can create any sort of problems.If yes then what is the solution for that.
anybody has any ideas??

You do not have to use or "bother" about
your indian education/university certificates
once you get your H1-B.

When the International Education Dept evaluated
your credential, they must have given you
a "United States Degree Equivalent" title.

All your Green Card docs depend on it. Take my
words: NONE of GC docs need your education
certificates.
