Hi,
I think I have a complicated Problem, following is my history and below that uis my question, please help me.
** I came to US in 96 on F1 for MS,
** Visa expired (stamp) in Jan 99.
** Got CPT (Curricular Practical Training) with thesis pending in school.
** worked FULL TIME from June,1999-March,2000 on CPT.
** Got my H1 in March 2000.
** Worked from March, 2000 to May, 2000 on H1.
** Went to Mexico in May 2000 and got a new F1 visa, went back to school.
** After defending thesis, but graduation still pending, Started working from Dec 2000 on OPT (Optional Practical Training).
** Graduated in May 2001.
Question:
Employer says he can apply for H1 only with Bachelors since that was my qualificatin when I joined the company.
But I want to apply for H1 with my Masters, so that I qualify for EB2 when I apply for GC, is this possible?
