Hi , I read all comment regarding GC,well, I would like to ask exactly how much time will take ( I'm on h1b) for GC prosecing ( in usa, & canada)
it might be take about 2 years or 3 years

Taking the current situation of Green card processing to stay same, GC could be in your pocket in 1 year.....provided you do the following

1) Labour Certification in RIR, EB2/EB3 category, using already existing employment ad in the newspapers.

2) do Consular Processing instead of I-485
