hii
i am new at this site. We have moved to usa from a year and a half... my in-laws wants to visit us in fall..
so they are applying for the visitors visa....

i have all the documents ready except my tax docs.... will they need it now at the time of taking an interview date?

and if they will require at the time of interview then which document i am supposed to send then which mentions the income tax returns...

u wld need to send the copies of W2 forms if u have them at the time of the iv

and can u tellme what is I 94? and where can i fond tht? as my husband has I 797 in his us visa docs...

if ur husband is in the US he shld have the i94 attached to the passport across the visa page. (it is the lower portion of the i797)
