Hello,

I'm a green card holder, I like to know how I can get a visa for my baby (will be turning 1 year old this month) to travel to the states to see her Grandmonther. I'm not married to my girlfriend. Any advise on what kind of visa to get will be helpful. Thanks

Depends on what country baby is Citizen of, if she is citizen of a country which comes under the visa waiver program, she may not ned any visa, else she will need a tourist B2 visa.

Following countries are in the Visa Waiver Program.
Andorra, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (For citizens with the unrestricted right of permanent abode in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.)
