H1B transfer - Visitor Visa documentation

Hello,

I will need help from experts and here is my situation in detail:

My grand parents had an visitor visa interview on Apr 3rd at Chennai.
I have just changed my job by applying H1B transfer (normal processing) and I am working with my new employer now. I need your suggestions about:

1. Which employer name I can use on visa documentation (which ever is safer)?
2. Is that OK sending H1B approval of old employer and H1B receipt of new employer?
3. What employment verify letter I can send them?
4. Is that OK sending pay slips from both employers?

Any suggestions are much appreciated..

All the document as per the current situation( if working for new employer then new employer), the day you send the document.
