govt job leave letter

I am H1 B and inviting my parents on visitor visa to US.
My father is a bank employee and mother housewife.
SInce, bank does not approve leave for more than one month, but in all the documents I have mentioned 3 months, will this create a problem?

Shall i change the duration to 1 month in all the documents or leave it like that?

I have mentioned their travel date as Oct 1 and appointment is in May last week.
Because there is a large gap between the appointment and the travel, can they tell the officers that the bank cannot approve leave of October in May?

Generally the time frame between the interview date and travel date does not matter a lot

you can also try getting a no objection letter from the bank where your father works
i think that should be fine
