hi - i want to invite my parents and i was not aware that i had to fill out i134. i wrote them a letter of invitation but someone my parents know in india told them that they need i134. i was wondering if anyone has any experience getting the visitors visa without the i134. i did mention in the letter of invitation that they would be staying with my wife and me and that we would be responsible for them but did not state that we are going to be supporting them. my dad is retired and mom is an IAS officer - what do you think their chances are? my dad has an interview date slated for the 10th but he does not have the i134 - should he take his chances or wait till i can get all the i134 from me .. any help would be welcome - thanks.
