How to schedule a Visitor Visa

Please give me an url where I can schedule Visitor visa. I went here https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/frame.aspx but looks like this is to check the waiting time.

u need to first pay the fee at any hdfc bank and use the fee receipt to schedule an appt online - full info can be found on vfs-usa.co.in there is a link to book the appt
