Hi,
Applying visitor visa for parents. Hv couple of qns reg DS-157.
need advice as to how to fill in data for column 12, 17, 18 on DS-157 form.
1. My dad was running a stationery shop until some 18-20 months ago. He has wound up that business some 1.5 years ago and now staying at home. so now what should i fill against columns 12 & 17, in his application?
2. My mom had retired from dept. of Telecommunications in 1996 and has been drawing pension since that time. what should i fill against columns 12 & 17, in her application?
At this point in time, we do not have any specific itinery of my parent's US travel nor has made any arrangements, so should i just opt for NO for column 18? will that hurt their case?
