2 sets of documents for mother and father?

Hi,

My parents have visa interview in May. I want to know that what all documents do I need to sent duplicate?
Like do I need to request bank to send 2 copies of account verification letter? Or xerox of it will do?
Similarly, do I need 2 original copies of employment letter or the xerox copies will do?

Also, I have bank letter and employment letter dated 2nd march for interview in May end. Will this do or do I need to send the documents with date of april or may?

If both have same appt time, no need to send 2 copies. Its good if u can send latest emp. letter. If not possible, March 02 is fine.. Bank letter is fine with March 02.
