Due to appointment shortage in Chennai, my parents went to Delhi for visa, which was back in December 2004, but consulate people immediately denied and asked them to go to Chennai as we belong to AP.
They went to Chennai in March 2005, unfortunately they denied the visa based on not enough proof for coming back. Actually my father is government employee with 3 more years of service. I don’t see any logic in denial. They again went for visa in July 2005, got the same result "denial".
Is it because they went for visa interview within a year of their first visa denial? But there is no such rule saying that you cannot appear for the next visa interview before one year of denial.
I am planning to send them once again in July, but I have very dim hopes of getting their visa.
Any suggestions, opinions and help from you is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Praveen.
