How worse this could be??

I have sent DS-156 printed on 2 separate pages to India (stapled together). I just noticed that it should be printed on the same paper back-to-back. I checked VFS website. It says in one place that it should be printed back-to-back. However, I do not see it anywhere else (including Chennai consulate website).

The interview for my in-laws is scheduled for this week and there is no enough time to send another DS-156 form (I am the preparer, so I have to sign it).

Did anyone print DS-156 on 2 separate pages and get rejection just because of this reason?

i dont think its a big issue

one of my friends had the same issue (DS-156 on 2 separate pages)
the interview was a success and his parents got the visa

Guys,
I tried booking appointment for my parents. I chose TELUGU as language option for my father. Then I added my mother along with my father. But it didnot prompted me to choose language. Both of them got the same interview time (Aug9th - 3PM). But my mother's interview letter says the language as ENGLISH. Do you thinkk I need to cancel entire application and try booking again. Or would it be OK. When my father and mother go for interview, will both of them be interviewed at the same time or different?
