Vistor visa Appointment error

Hi all,
Please help me.
I am trying to take the appointment for August'06 for my parents for TELUGU. When i enter the Passport no/HDFC number i am getting the below error.

How to resolve this issue. Please help me ASAP. my Phone is 3148439756.

Server Error in '/' Application.
Input string was not in a correct format.

The VFS site has numerous errors now and there is no soln anyone can offer other than try again.

I am getting the same error. After waiting a month for Kannada interview to open up, it is frustrating to see this message. VFS people even don't respond to email messages.

just keep trying. It should work. I know its a pain, but no other choice..

For a week, we've been trying to make an appointment with no results.

Their errors were comming from bad ASP.NEt code, and I was using Firefox browser, so realized that may be an issue. It did help to a great extent when we used Internet Explorer. BUt since then, we get the '/' errors.
