L1 or H1 with consideration of GreenCard

Hi,

I currently have two options: my company will either handle the issue of L1 or H1 for me to get me to US. Does anyone know

1)which type of visa I should have my parent company handle for me?

2)And how difficult is it get either of the status?

3)And how does either of the visa relate to the application of greencard in the future?

4)How do i do, if in a year, I will study in a school and do not work in the company any more?

L1 is better, considering the fact that.
Your Spouse gets a work authrization on H1 spouse doesnt if he or she is dependent.
Also,
If you qualifyfor L1A visa, your GC process can be faster in certain cases.
