You might have decided what to do by this time, but my strong recomendation is as long as you got medical insurance that provide good coverage from pregnancy I strongly recomend to bring her over here and let the kid be the citizen.
**NOT A LEGAL ADVISE**

Hey
Thanks for your advice,
I have decided the same thing,
Let me exlain my situation,
My company A has been sold out and the new owner of my compnay doesn't want me to his company anymore. and I want to transfer my H1 to company B in March 2006,
Now the problem is, if I will apply for H1 transfer in march, it will take 2 months to transfer my H1 and my wife cannot come back to US till June 1, bcaz she has exam for her post graduation and if my H1 will be transffered to new company than she has to go for stamping to bombay and for visa stamping, they have 3months waiting.... so it should be august (interview date for visa stamping) and september is her delivery month, so she cannot travel in last month.
please guide me, what to do in this situation.
Thanks
Samip

u can file transfer under premium if possible which is an additional 1000 dollars. regular may take more than 2 months. u may be able to take h4 appt based on current valid i797 with previous company.
