Hi,
I got my H1 visa by June 2003 and its valid until June 2006. I was in US for the first 6 months (June 2003 - Jan 2004) and returned back to India. Also, I filed my W2 returns for that year and got the refunds.
Since my visa is expiring by this June 2006, I am planning to go back to US in end of March for a long-term project.
Will my VISA get extended without any problems? Will there be any issues for extending or revalidating my visa.
Since I was not in US for the past 2 years, even thought I had my VISA, my company people are saying that there will be some chances for the rejection of the VISA Extension
Please advice. Its very urgent.
Also, I had visited US for 1 month by last year (November 2005)
