Hi,
I have recently attended in Chennai Consolate for H1B visa.
they asked me for marketing analysis of the product and technical description of the product.
my doubt is when i have not mentioned that i am going to do product based development, why he wants marketing analysis for the product?
as i informed the officer that i am going to work inhouse for company X (who is my H1B petioner) and the client is Y company.
why will the Y company give its projetc's marketing analysis to me who has not yet even joined the project as a resource? he will ask my X company to provide another equivalent resource rather than giving me all his product design docs and marketing docs.
so.... i was just thinking... if i should ask my X company to provide me witha a client Y company who is a big company so that such questions dont raise.
but do u think the office might have made notes about what all i said in the previous interview especially about the client name that i mentioned ?
(as my petioner is still the X company but just that instead of Y company , i am going to say i am going to work on a project from
Z company as Y company's project already started.
please do let me know anyrelevent info regarding this as i have ato appear for the visa again in a weeks time .
