Hi All,
Pls provide your expert advice.
I work for a good INDIAN compnay. I have a valid L1 visa, which expires in another few weeks.
But, i have applied for H1B by US employer (consultant). Appeared for interview in Chennai consulate in Jan 2006.
1st attempt rejected, issued 221g asking for some docs.
2nd attempt again same, rejected, issued 221g asking for some more docs.
Like marketing analysis, photos etc etc. so my H1B is on hold.
Both the times L1 didn't cancled (Assuming based on no canclation stamp is put in my passport).
Now the L1 (INDIAN) employer asks me to go to US for couple of weeks.
No my question is
1. Is there any chance that the Visa officer at chennai consulate cancling the L1
in the INS system without (putting a canclation stamp) marking it on the passport.
I'm really in need of help. Pls Pls Pls provide your expert advice as soon as possible for all the questions.
