H4 Issue on Spouse min Wage not maintained

Hi,

My employer offered me 50K and my basic pay ran for ($3625 per month) $43,500. And also i got paid for the first month through the cheque, but that was not showed in my W2. Now my wife got a query, "explain the discripencies not maintaining min wage as mentioned in LCA & I-129. Annualize Rate= $43,500" .

Has anybody faced this kinds of problems. What kind of letters/documenation i need to get from my employer to avoid further queires. Please through some light on this.

This is very urgent. If you know please give your suggestions.

Now i have only 25K + in my W2 for 8 month duration in USA. In that i have paystubs for 7 months, first month was paid by cheque but not showed in W2 (missed out).
