I-140

My labour has been cleared and my Company is working on my I-140. I am going to India to get married in July.
How long it takes to process in I-140 my company is filing to Premium Process I-140 its takes 15 working days .
I just want to know when and how soon I need to add my spouse name on my I-1485 Phase

Best is dont go for the premium process. Get married come back and file for the concurrent 485.

As per I know there is no premium processing for I-140. Any way you could file your I-140 and you could wait to file I-485 if you wan to

I beleive there is premium processing...which takes around 15 days....

but for the person who initillay posted this...it is better u do the same once u r back from india
