Can somebody tell me that" My company is going to sponsor my Green card". If I applies through company than what implication will come. I mean if i want to change my company in between will i able to do it. If yes is there any minimum time frame to change that.

According to the new rules. i guess u can Leave the company after your Labour..si done and I140 is applied

I think, you can change the company after 6mths of filing i485. pl. dont do that unless you really forced to.

I gotta friend who changed the company forcedly as the prev. emp. send him out. mail me at my rediffmail.com
