Hi All,

Iam planning to apply for PIO for my 7months old baby.Iam planning to goto consulate in person. Do we have to take baby also along with us or just father can go and apply? Also,

1. Is there any specific "Mark of Identification" for 10 a query in application? or we just can give a -A mole........ like that?
2. The fields in the application form that we do not have to fill do we have to put 'NIL' or N/A or leave it Blank..?
3. What thumb should we use for Baby thumb impression.. left or right..?

Please advice. Thanks in advance

Thx

Ok guyz...got answers from Indian consulate itself. :) I went there this morning for applying PIO for my daughter. So you can go by yourself, you can just put some mole kind of identification mark. , but do not forget ro take original PP of parents and kid along with photocpoies and also kid's Birth certificate. The consulate services are amazing , it took less than 5mins for me at the counter. Also they asked me to come after 15days to pick up the PIO card.
