Doubts about Rescheduling Appointment

Hi,

I have some doubts abt reschedule.....It may sound silly but I badly need answers.....

1.After u click "Confirm Reschedule" button, if no dates r available to reschedule, What should we do?

2.Will the original appmnt be undisturbed ?

3.How many times r we allowed to try rescheduling, after this try?

4.Has anyone been successful while trying to reschedule for both parents together ?

When you click on confirm reschedule button a calender control screen with available dates is displayed.If no dates are available then you can just click on exit without selecting any date in the calender control.

Original appointment will not be disturbed unless you click on any of the dates.

Resheduling becomes effective only if you click on the calender control dates.So as long as you are exiting from this screen original appointment is not disturbed.But once you click on any of the dates in the calender control screen which is displayed after clicking on the confirm reshedule button..then this new date becomes effective.And after this you cannot reschedule anymore.If you try to reschedule more than once then it displays the message "You can reschedule only once.If you want to try again cancel the existing appointment and try again."

I could reschedule for both of my parents together some 20 days back.
