h4 visa appointment for regional language in chennai

iam new user thanks for path2usa

iam trying to get visa appointment for h4 visa to my wife through vfs in regional language, i paid the fees in hdfc bank,iam trying in vfs , iam getting interview dates are not available she dont know english, i coudnt get the appointment from last three months, can any one please help me how to get the appontment date for visa interview in chennai.
