Hello All,

I need a clarification regarding a problem I am facing right now. I got H1B in the month of January 2006. I am not getting any communication from the H1B sponsrer consultant. I dont think they are capable persons, looks like they dont even have an office. Due to this I am looking for my H1B visa transfer to an other good consultant. I am still in India only, I dont have SSN. If any consultant is willing to transfer, is it possible for him to transfer the VISA to his name without pay stubs of the spnserer? Please help me in this regard. What is the best way for me to goto an other consultatnt without even joining the current sponsorer?

Thanks in Advance.
Kranthi.

From my experience , if its been long time since u got ur H1 , then when u attempt to transfer ur H1 USCIS might ask for your paystubs from the previous employer.

If its not long time , then i don't think there will be a problem.

Thanks James for your info. But as I said even though I got my VISA at the end of Jan 2006, I am still in India only I have not entered US. When I enter US, in the first week only I will apply for a transfer. In this case also the pay stubs are required?

Thanks
Kranthi.

You can not transfer the H1 unless you are physically in USA.
Once you are in USA and want to trnafer H1 immidiately , You may or may not need paystub depends on some of your case specifics and Laywer who is handling your case.
