How do I take appointment for parents

Hi ,

I already took appt for my parents at Chennai embassy for this month, thru VFS .Both my mother and father got separate appt letter for appt on the same day .Did i do it right?
I'm asking this because I want them to attend the interview together, not separately as my mom might not be able to manage alone in the interview.

Some one please answer my question.

Look at the time on the interview letters. Both should get different letters with same time.
