Hello All,
I have a question regarding the H-1 transfer. I have completed my MS in US in
Dec 2004. i got a job after 3-4 months after my MS through company A.
I worked on my OPT till Dec 2005 & from there on i've been on H-1 of Company A.
Subsequently i applied for another H-1 through company B & got the approval in Jan 2006.
I want to move to Company B shortly, so do i have to apply for transfer or just use their H-1.
Will i have any problems when i go for the Visa Stamping if i don't transfer my H-1 . I need to go for the US CONSULATE as i have changed my status from F-1 to H-1 . Also what all documents do i need when i move from Company A to Company B.
