Pls help: Visitor visa for sister

Hi:

My parents and sister have their visitor visa interview this month. My sister just finished her engg. and got a job offer in India. Will her visa get rejected because she can easily find a job in USA? What can she tell the visa officer to show that she will definately come back to India?

It is difficult to get visa for young people specially with professional eudcuation background.
But it is not always ture and they do get the visa, so prepare well and apply.
