VFS error

Hello all,

I am trying to schedule an appointment at VFS site and as soon as I enter the passport details. I am getting an error page below. Does any one had similar experiences?
I am getting little frustrated as the help number at chennai is always busy.

Keep trying, I got the same message when trying to Cancel the appointment..

by the way, how come the dates are not available for the languages "Telugu" and "Hindi".. for English they have dates in June..

any comments !!!

Please tell me if you are able to schedule the appointment in Telugu.. because I am not able to get it.. i am getting the message something like "Appointment dates are not available at this time"...

other day by mistake I didnot select the language and it was defaulted to "English"..upon completing the process I realised that I havenot seen the language options, upon enquiry, I came to know that I have to cancel the appointment ..as I cannot change the language option..

I did cancelled the appointment this morning but not able to get the appointment in Telugu..

friends, please tell me if you were able to schedule the appointment in TELUGU..
