Drop BOX

Hello All,

My mother just got a visa after 2 rejections. The duration for this visa is 1 year with multiple entries. I had a question about what happens after 1 year. Would she be able to ues drop box services to get may be 10 year multiple entry visa. I remember some 4-5 yrs ago my husband's parents did that. What is the procedure now? I will appreciate if someone can update me on this. Thanks in advance

There is no drop box anymore. 4-5 yeeasr ago they did have that but not now. Your mom will have to go and do the whole interview process again like she did this time.
