I got H1 recently and I want both me and husband fly in the same time.
can my husband attend for H4 now.Still i have not stepped into US..Can my husband attend for H4 stamping and both fly in the same time.

yes your hsuabdn can get his H$ stamped now even though u still have not gone to USA. If ur husbands H4 gets stampled on time he can fly with you. To see how to file H4 see the relevant parts of this site.
