can anyone please let me the required documents necessary to carry, for H4 to US consualte chennai?

I Know we need to carry marriage photographs, can I know How many photos are needed to be shown for VO and Etc.,

Carry the whole album if u can. Mainly carry photos which have more people in them with the two of you. They do not seem to like photos of just u and ur husband getting married. They want to see other people present there. Dont cary reception photos with just u and ur husband with ur parents. Instead I feel take photos with u and ur husband with a bunch of people in the background.

Hi,
You will need to carry all papers pertaining to your husband's employment, pay stubs, tax returns, w2s, employment confirmation along with a copy of the h1B package.

Thanks For the reply veena.Can I know wht does H1 B package include ...will that be his I-797 etc., do i have to carry his passposrt as well ? please give me this info in detail if possible.

H1B package will include I 797, I 129, LCA and the petition, that is letter writtem by the US employer to the INS requesting approval of the H1B. Clear copy of all the pages of the spouse's passport is required.
