my in laws are planning to appear for visitors visa. seems like the madras consulate dates are booked far ahead. can they appear for delhi consulate. what are the procedures.

note that out of region appts are available only if u provide a valid reason for urgent travel and if the applicants can speak english fluently - Please contact vfs and confirm with them.
