How to catch earlier appointment for reschedule?

Hello Friends,
My wife's due date is June 2nd week and my mother's appointment is booked on 21st June!!!. I am trying to reschedule an appointments. the availability of an appointments is pretty dynamic. Long before booking an appointment, I found that availability varies betweek 3 months and 5 months in advance. This change is in one day.
Is there any best known method to catch earlier appointment for rescheduling?
How frequently I should visit the website for rescheduling an appointment?
When do they upload tha appointments availability?
I would be thankfl toyou if you send me your esperiences or replies.

Usually we are getting dates in May during 9 to 5 of India time. We need to check atleast once for every 1 hour.

We did few days back and could get the earlier date.

did u reschedule to get the earlier dates or did you apply as a fresh applicant. In my case, I am seeing available dates when I check them, but when I go book them they are not. I have filled 156 and 157 and am waiting for a date. Is it better if i just take a date and then try rescheduling for an earlier date?

To answer your question- Yes, I am trying to reschedule. IMO, it is better to book the available date and reschedule if possible.

To my surprise, when I tried to reschedule for 25th May (available date), the date is no longer available when I tried book it (in 2 minutes). Looks like, Janta is always on it to grab the earlier available appointments.
