If someone had applied for Visitor Visa in last september'2005 and if it was denied (not for document purpose). Now that person is applying for Visitor Visa again. The appointment is for Mumbai Consulate. The appointment is in April'2006. So it will be more than 6 months from that last appointment.
In this case does the Sponsorer have to resend all the documents (I-134, bank statement, employment verification letter, etc...) ??
OR
only couple of new/recent documents will be required ?? Please let me know which documents will be required for 2nd time applicant for Visitor Visa.
