I have GC, How do I bring wife?

Hello All please help me with this. I have a GC but I am getting married to a woman in India. What are the best possible ways, I can bring my wife over? Is there some dependant (other than K Visa) that she can get?

if u already have gc then u wld need to file a family based immig petition for spouse. u can get more info on uscis.gov
if ur spouse can enter on her own such as h1/l1 etc then it wld be easier as family immigration is currently backlogged.

GC holder dependents does not enjoy any immigration benefits ( i.e they don't have special visas for GC holder dependents).

Getting family based GC is time consuming ( 5-8 years!!!).

Best thing is to surrender GC and if u still want to work in USA, get a H1B again.

Spouse is a different category for GC's to sponsor. So, it would be much faster than sponsoring anyone else.
