I have not had a chance to get my H-1B visa stamped at a US consulate outside of USA. Can I send my approval forms and copies of the unstamped passport for the documents along with the applicant for the interview? Is it mandatory that I send copies of my visa stamped passport? Has anyone had such experiences? please shed some light on this!

Visa stamp as such is not a must documents so other documents like approval of H1 ext should be OK. However a stamped Visa does have its positive impact.
