Parents' visa appointment in M'bai: What is supporting documents

Hi,

My parents have visa appt in M’bai consulate. According to new procedure, they have to submit their applications at least 5 days in advance to consulate. The list of documents calls for “other supporting documents”. Does any one know what these documents they need to submit are? Are these the documents I send or their bank statements and property papers or both?

Also, my mom and dad have one appointment. So do we submit this as one application or 2 different applications?

Any help in this regard will be really appreciated.
