Visiting Visa for my Father

Hi,

My father visitor visa got Rejected in channai cosulate(Jan 31 2006). The reason they gave is my Mother is allready in U.S(she came here on Nov 17 2005) & VO asked my father to appear for visa when my mother return to India.
Is it safe to apply visa again for my father when my mother still here(US)?

There may be some more to it, just mother is aleady in US should not the only reason, you should dig in and aks how was the overall interview went, any other related question which he might not have triggered the negetive point against him.
As far as applying again, yes you can, will he gets the visa ? can't say.
the key is with you to find and analyse the sitaution and act accordingly this time.
