My parents appeared for Visa Interview today. It got rejected saying that my (sponsors) visa is expiring on the same day. I am on L1 Visa and my visa is getting expired on 30th Jan 2006. But my petetion has a validity of 3 years and I also have I-94 validity till August 2008. I got very disappointed. What can I do in this case? But I wondered why they rejected even I-94 is valid.
