hi friends,

now im living in usa on h4 visa.i want to know
answres for couple of questions.
1.shall i do the the job.?
2.after how many months i can do the job(according to usa rules)
plz anyone give me the answer.

Me too on h4,yup u can do the job if u apply for h1,or else if u wanna be on h4 n wanna work u've to wait for some time to do that,u've not mentioned abt ur hubby's visa information on what type of visa he's staying here?if he's on h1b did he applied for labour?ok any how give me the clear information so that i may help u

h4 holders are not authorized to work - in order to work u need a work visa such as h1b
u may work if u get EAD based on ur spouse's employment green card application.
on h4 u can do voluntary work or take up any course in a college / university.
