I am on F1 Visa. I have lost my passport. I applied for a new one and I recieved a duplicate passport. Now I dont have a F1 Stamping. Luckily I have my I-94 and SSN. I also have a photocopy of my F1 - VISA. I also have a Graduate Assistantship in my University. I would like to know if I can go for my VISA stamping in CANADA. If so what all documents do I need? Can some one help me with this problem? I would really appreciate if some one could guide me with this.
Thanks in Advance
Divya.

Intimate the INS office, visit the local INS office before you go to Canda or anywhere else. Send them by mail certified copies of your passport, I-120 and a letter from your dean & then meet a INS officer. Take with the police report. Hope this helps.

ps: NO Legal/Moral Advise
