Hi,
I attended the chennai consulate on last week and got 221(g).
This was how I was interviewd
VO: Good Evening. Can I have your Folder.
Me: Sure,Here it is.( Produced the folder)
VO: What are you going to do in US
Me: To work with xxx company
VO: Can i see your Certificates.
Me: Yes, Produced the same.
VO: What will be your role
Me: I will be working as Programmer Analyst
VO: What project you are going to work
Me: I will be working on yyy project
VO: Who are the clients
Me: I will be working for xxx company
VO: can you describe the project
Me: Explained
VO: do you have project description document
Me: no madam
Then she is not satisfied with my answer and given 221(g) form marking the below two deatails and asked me to drop the required documents in VFS drop box.
1.) A Detailed and specific description of the internal development project to which the beneficiary will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the project, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned to it, location of the worksite, and a marketing analysis for the final product.
2.) A complete itinerary of services or engagements specifying the dates of each service or engagement, the names and addresses of the agent, the names and addresses of the actual employers, and the names and addresses of the establishment, venues, or location where the services will be performed.
They asked me to drop the documents in the VFS drop box. but I have taken appointment through TTS services. So, what do I do now.
Could anybody tell me which option is best, whether drop box or inperson interview.
If I send through drop box, how long will it take to complete the process.
What are all the documents I have to send. Is it sufficient to send only requested documents plus I129, I797, DS-156, DS-157, passport or I need to send any other documents. Please suggest me.
