Hi,
I came to US last year on H1B through a indian company, after few months I resigned and joined a new company in states. I got my H1 transfered to new company. I have some family issue and planned to go india for 2-3 weeks in near future. Since my stamping is valid till 2007, do i have to go for visa stamping again before coming to states or can enter using the existing stamping and new petition? What should be the procedure I have to follow while going to India and coming back?? I have 2 I-94, one when I entered in US first time and second on my new petition.
