Hi,
I had filled my H1B thru a consultant and got it stamped on Jan-2005. After that my current employeer filed my L1B visa. Now I'm in USA in L1B visa. Is my H1B visa is still valid? Once I am back to my country, can I come back to USA using my H1B visa?
