HI transfer

Hello ,

My H1 is for Compant A and i transfer the H1 to company B. While the transfer is going on can i go back to India and come back . If yes do i need some docs from company B. or i will be fine when i return from india. Do i need to restamp the visa , when my current visa is still valid for one year.

You can travel, but you have to show the receipt for your new H1 to the POE officer. In addition he may ask for offerletter, pay stubs and other related info
