purpose of travel - H4

Hi,
I wrote in my wife's DS156 purpose of travel as "TO JOIN SPOUSE and for the TREATMENT of MY BABY". Actually baby's treatment is a genuine case. He has some problems since he was born(he's a US citizen).

Is there any issue in writing this?

Remove the Treatment of baby part...Joining the Spouse is sufficient..
VO will un-necessarily ask for doctor reports and complexity certificates...
