Would like to check if my DOB is wrong in the approved L1A petition, is the I-824 correct form to file for correcting the DOB. My attorney has filed I-824 to correct DOB
Also, I am in US right now and want to go to India for vacation and also for stamping as I am on I-94. If the I-824 is not approved and my DOB is not corrected, will it be problem to geting stamping done in India. All other documents has the correct date of birth including the old petitions.
If they ask, can I just tell the people in embassy that it was typo in the form and I have applied to correct my DOB.
